Ticket cancellation policy: Tickets purchased through this website cannot be cancelled. There is no refund for a completed purchase. Victory Cinema apologises for the inconvenience caused to customers who wish to cancel their purchase after a completed purchase on this website.
Refund for incomplete or truncated purchases: In the event that your attempt to purchase a ticket on this website fails, you won’t be charged. However, should your account be debited for a purchase that was not completed, you should expect an automatic refund within 7 to 10 days after the debit. There is no need for you to submit a refund request in such cases. You may, however, email info@victorycinema.in to inquire about the status of your refund.
Policy on Privacy: Customer name and contact information obtained on this website may be used by Victory Cinema or other persons authorised by it for information, marketing, and communication purposes if you check the relevant box at checkout. However, you may also choose to not authorise Victory Cinema to reach out to you by unselecting the relevant clause at the time of your checkout.
Policy on Data Retention: Victory Cinema does not store the banking or financial information of customers who make purchases through this website. Victory Cinema chooses to remain unaware and uninterested in such information. However, the financial and banking information supplied by customers when making purchases on this website is obtained by an independent processor known as Razorpay Software Private Limited (‘Razorpay’); Razorpay is legally permitted to obtain and process such information. The customer may also permit Razorpay to store and retain his or her banking and financial information so he or she can retrieve it automatically for a subsequent purchase. LGBTQ Policy: Victory Cinema is LGBTQ friendly and would not permit or tolerate discrimination against members of the LGBTQ community on its premises.
Ease of access for the disadvantaged: Victory Cinema is in the process of making its premises more accessible to physically disadvantaged individuals. However, at this point of time, Victory Cinema premises offers only limited access to disadvantaged individuals.
Admission Policy: Visual content exhibited inside Victory Cinema for the public is strictly governed by the provisions of the Cinematograph Act, 1952 and other license terms imposed under the Karnataka Cinemas (Regulation) Act, 1964.
Victory Cinema allows persons of all age groups to watch a film certified by the Central Board of Film Certification (‘CBFC’) as ‘U’ or ‘Universal’. Films certified as ‘A’ may only be watched by adults (persons above the age of eighteen years). A person below eighteen years of age would not be permitted to access Victory Cinema for a film carrying an ‘A’ certification. Films certified as ‘UA’ could be watched by all adults and by persons above twelve years of age if such minors are accompanied by an adult person. A film for which tickets are made available on this website always carries the relevant CBFC certification. Patrons who purchase tickets on this website are cautioned to not violate the CBFC certification rules by seeking access in a manner contrary to it.
Tobacco, Alcohol and other drugs: Tobacco and tobacco products such as cigarettes and chewing tobacco are strictly prohibited inside Victory Cinema premises. Similarly, other chewing food products such as gutka, pan masala or chewing gum are not permitted to be carried inside Victory Cinema premises. Victory Cinema premises is a tobacco-free zone and patrons are not permitted to walk out of the cinema theatre during the show or intermission to consume tobacco or other prohibited product outside the cinema premises. Patrons who forcibly step out of Victory Cinema for such purposes would not be permitted to re-enter Victory Cinema premises.
Alcohol is strictly prohibited inside Victory Cinema premises. Patrons who appear to be under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicants will be refused admission and no refund would be provided in such cases. The mode adopted by Victory Cinema to determine the impermissible intoxication of a given individual is through visual observation and could, therefore, be very subjective.
Outside food and eatables: Victory Cinema regrets that it cannot permit patrons to carry outside food and eatables inside its premises in the interest of preventing the food preferences of one patron from being objected to by another in the setting of a closed auditorium. As such, all outside food and eatables are prohibited inside except bottled drinking water, baby food and diabetic medication or medicinal food. The canteen inside Victory Cinema serves only vegetarian food.
Refund in the event of a cancelled or truncated show: If the show of your purchase is cancelled for any reason or is terminated after commencement due to a technical failure or other event, a full refund of your ticket price would be made to the account from which you have paid for your ticket – within a period of 7 to 10 days from the time of cancellation or termination of the show concerned.
Zero toleration for sexual harassment: Victory Cinema has zero tolerance for sexual harassment on its premises. Any patron found to indulge in sexual harassment of any person will be dealt with under the law and will be liable for criminal prosecution under the applicable law.
Cookies: We send cookies to your computer in order to uniquely identify your browser and improve the quality of our service. The term ‘cookies’ refers to small pieces of information that a website sends to your computer while you are viewing the site. We may use both session cookies (which expire once you close your browser) and persistent cookies (which stay on your computer until you delete them).
